Kroger's Yogurt Smoothie Bars come in two flavors, Strawberry Banana and Triple Berry. We went with Triple Berry, and they were delicious. They are low fat and one bar is only 50 calories, so you can enjoy them guilt free.

Kroger new line of guilt free treats includes Ice Cream Sandwiches, Fudge Bars, and Fruit Bars as well.
